Expected contract duration: 12+ months
This is a long term engagement.
Overview
The client is seeking a Full-Stack MERN Developer to build scalable and performant web applications for their social media SaaS platform, as well as contribute to the development and maintenance of an internal CRM system. The role involves working with modern web technologies, optimizing performance, and collaborating within a team to deliver high-quality software that users enjoy.
Responsibilities
- Build clean, well-structured, and scalable web applications for the social media SaaS platform
- Develop and maintain features for the internal CRM system
- Build and integrate REST APIs across frontend and backend functionality
- Identify and resolve performance issues in the browser and on the server side
- Collaborate with the development team to design effective solutions to complex technical problems
- Participate in code reviews to maintain software quality and consistencyQualifications
- 3+ years of commercial experience building scalable MERN applications
- Experience building Node.js and Express APIs
- Proficiency with React, Redux, Redux-Saga, Reselect, and Styled Components
- Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, and performant database queries
- Understanding of test-driven development using Jest or Mocha
Relationships: Who you’ll be working with
You will be working with a team of 4 Backend Developers, a Technical Leader and a Security Expert.
Preferred Regions
The client's preference is for candidates to be located in Latin America, Canada or Europe
