Answers to questions about how Scalable Path engages with clients.
At Scalable Path, every project manager is carefully vetted to ensure they are among the best in their field. Our thorough screening process, including application questions, screening interviews validates the skills of each applicant and ensures that we find the best candidates for your business needs.
Although we often work with freelancers in regions like Latin America and Eastern Europe in order to keep rates low while maintaining time zone overlap, Canada is also a common country where we find project managers with the right set of skills to succeed on our client engagements. Rates vary per freelancer but typically range between $60-$90 USD/hour.
Each candidate goes through a comprehensive 1-hour interview with one of our in-house project managers . First, we evaluate the candidate's experience, personality, availability, and communication skills. Then we address their background and experience and ask them pointed questions about how they handle specific situations to determine if they are a fit. Only the best candidates get presented to our clients, so you can feel confident that each project manager you work with will communicate well and excel in their field.
We record all of our technical interviews with our developers and can share access with our clients. We offer this so that clients can gain a better understanding of how the candidate performed during their interviews, how they work, and what their strengths are before interviewing or hiring them.
We can generally present candidates to clients within a week. We take the time to thoroughly vet each candidate according to your unique project and business needs to ensure they are a great fit for your role. In some cases, if the stars align, we can present candidates in a day or two, but we prefer to underpromise and overdeliver.
